To ensure exceptional versatility and indulgence the E8 complies with all JURA standards and also incorporates the Light Extraction Process. It prepares the Hot Brew in the traditional way for an intense taste experience and extracts the Light Brew at around 140F/60C for light ready-to-drink enjoyment. Whether hot or light both worlds of indulgence benefit from the Sweet Foam function which provides additional taste experiences.
